We are often asked
Click “book”/”proceed to booking” in the main menu or the apartments list and select preferred dates. Choose available apartments from the list. Make 100% prepayment. Wait for the email booking confirmation.
We are sorry, but the booking cannot be canceled without penalty. The amount of penalty is 100% of the booking price.
We will sign a short-term lease agreement including RUR 10,000 deposit upon your check-in. The deposit will be paid back full upon check-out (in the absence of residence rules violations and damage to the property).
Our administrator will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the reservation and provide all the necessary information.
Our administrator will meet you at a convenient time, give you the keys and answer all your questions about the accommodation.
We provide cleaning services after each check-out to guarantee our guests maximum cleanliness and comfort. Therefore, the standard check-in time is after 3pm; standard check-out time is until 11am.
If the apartment is not booked on the day of your arrival (or previous guests leave earlier), we will provide you with an early check-in free of charge. Information about the possibility of early check-in will be available closer to the check-in date.
You can pick up the keys, leave your luggage in the apartment starting from 11:30am and go for a walk while we prepare cleanliness and comfort for you.
Late check-out is provided free of charge if the following guests check in later than the standard time.
The apartment will be completely at your disposal – no one will stay there except for you and your group.
Some of Minin Apartments have guest parking lots. Please contact us in advance to check the parking availability in your chosen apartment.
No problem, we treat everything with understanding. Please contact us if something is broken or damaged. We will definitely find a solution.
